BAMD, Bust A Move Dance, is an international organisation running dance classes for kids, teens and adults with disabilities; and facilitating world class teacher training for educators wanting to create safe, inclusive and accessible dance spaces for people with disabilities.

BAMD’s vision is that people with disabilities have opportunities to engage in safe inclusive & accessible dance spaces allowing them to feel equal and powerful in the world.

With over 16 years running dance classes and programs for people with disabilities we have worked in almost every space you can think of!! This is what we specialize in and we absolutely LOVE IT!

Our workshops provide an opportunity for students to develop their social, emotional and physical skills along with: Mindfulness & Body Awareness Activities; Strength & Fitness based flows; Freestyle & Follow along dance movement and learning Choreography (Sequences of movement)

Movement exercises are adapted and differentiated to be inclusive for all bodies, abilities and moods. We meet students’ where they’re at and no-one is left behind.
