Camp Kee-Mo-Kee
- Outdoor Education Centre
In the spring and fall Camp Kee-Mo-Kee welcomes thousands of students to our facility for our outdoor education programming. Teachers can select programs in the following areas, or speak to the Program Director about other possibilities:
- NATURE INVESTIGATIONS AND CREEK EXPLORATION
- CHALLENGE COURSES, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND TEAM BUILDING
- SCIENCE IN THE NATURAL WORLD
- CAMP SPORTS, CRAFTS OR SMALL GROUP GAMES
- HIDDEN HABITATS AND PRECIOUS POLLINATORS
- WILDERNESS SKILLS – ARCHERY, ORIENTEERING OR SHELTER BUILDING
Your visit to camp will also include a large group game, campfire and s’mores.
If you feel a day isn’t long enough, we can arrange for an extended visit, and even an overnight stay. Another option is to have us come to you and provide leadership development, nature exploration or team building at your school!
Our goal is to tailor your visit to meet your learning objectives for the field trip!
