Hiring international staff is just the beginning! We’re pleased to be offering this virtual webinar, facilitated by Camp Canada and in collaboration with OCA. In this workshop, Camp Canada team members Andy and Lizzie will cover key areas in the international staff lifecycle. From hiring and onboarding to preparing staff when they arrive in Canada, we will share some helpful tips for both new and seasoned camp professionals. We will also discuss handling challenging situations, such as having to terminate an international staff member.
