Ak-O-Mak
- Camp
Founded in 1928, Camp Ak-O-Mak is a one-of-a-kind overnight summer camp for girls ages 7–16, focused on building confidence, resilience, and leadership through sport and outdoor adventure. Located on the shores of Ahmic Lake in Ontario, our all-girls camp offers a safe, supportive, and technology-free environment where campers can unplug and thrive.
With expert coaching and a wide range of land and water activities—including swimming, cycling, paddling, running, tennis, and more—girls are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, try new sports, and grow stronger each day. Whether they’re beginners or experienced athletes, campers gain skills, friendships, and confidence that last long after summer ends.
We offer a variety of program sessions from 2 to 7 weeks, giving families flexibility while providing campers the time they need to fully experience all that Camp Ak-O-Mak has to offer. Rooted in a legacy of empowering young women since 1928, our camp is where girls discover their strength, embrace new challenges, and create lifelong memories.
