If you are an administrator for your organization and are registering for others, please include the delegates’ information during registration to ensure they receive future communications about the OCA Connects 2025 Conference. You can amend your attendee information anytime before registration closes on Monday, January 20, 2025.

If you completed your Membership Renewal by September 30, 2024, you can use your 10% discount for this event. You will receive your discount/promo code via email.
This discount cannot be applied after payment, no refunds will be given. Please do not distribute this code beyond members of your organization. If you have questions about the discount, including if you are eligible, please email events@ontariocamps.ca.
All refund requests will be reviewed by the OCA. Refund requests must submitted in writing before January 15, 2025. Any refund requests submitted January 16, 2025 or later will incur a 40% administration fee. If you have any questions about refunds, please email events@ontariocamps.ca.

Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre is located in the heart of Markham’s high-tech hub. The hotel has a dedicated conference centre designed to hold meetings and events. The hotel has amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center and space. It can be reached by local transit, rise-share and taxi services. Close to HWY 404 and HWY 407.

Lunch is included for all delegates. Breakfast is included for Thursday (Member and Non-Member) Day Pass and Full (Member, Student/HLM, Non-Member and Non-Member Student) Passes. All delegates will have access to coffee and tea throughout the conference.
Full Passes (Member, Student/HLM, Non-Member and Non-Member Student) include the OCA Banquet with their ticket. OCA Banquet tickets can also be purchased separately.
