We are thrilled to be gathering for our annual Exhibit Show, brought to you by Gallagher, at the Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre on February 13, 2025, from 10:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Premium Booths are only available for OCA Members. The last day to register for the conference is Monday, January 20, 2025! In-person/walk-in registration will not be available.

Booths are 8 ft deep and 10 ft wide and are fully draped. Included is a 6 ft table and 2 chairs. Electrical connection is available for each booth – please make sure to select you require electrical when registering. Click here to view the map of booth placement opportunities. We recommend you keep this document open while registering for your reference. Please indicate 3choices in the provided registration field.
Single Booth registration covers the cost of 2 Exhibitors. Double booth registration covers the cost of 4 Exhibitors. To add additional Exhibitors to your team, please purchase the Exhibitor Pass(es). You can amend your Exhibitor information anytime before registration closes on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
Exhibitors will have access to all Workshops on February 13, 2024. If you are interested in attending Workshops on February 12, please purchase a Day Pass on the OCA Connects 2025 Conference Registration page.
If you completed your Membership Renewal by September 30, 2024 you can use your 10% discount for this event. You will receive your discount/promo code via email.
This discount cannot be applied after payment, no refunds will be given. Please do not distribute this code beyond members of your organization. If you have questions about the discount, including if you are eligible, please email events@ontariocamps.ca.
All refund requests will be reviewed by the OCA. Refund requests must submitted in writing before January 15, 2025 Any refund requests submitted January 16, 2025 or later will incur a 40% administration fee. If you have any questions about refunds, please email events@ontariocamps.ca.
Based on feedback we’ve received over the years from Affiliates, we have integrated the Affiliate Show into the OCA Exhibit Show, brought to you by Gallagher.
