Vendor Days is your chance to interact with a group of camp professionals about your product or service, providing the opportunity to schedule one-on-one meetings with potential customers. This format follows the success OCA Preferred Vendors experienced in 2021 with Spring into Summer Vendor Days.
How it works:
Vendors will be able to purchase ten-minute presentation slots to present virtually to both OCA Members and members of the public on:
February 8 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
February 9 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
April 5 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
April 6 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
OCA Preferred Vendors:
* OCA Preferred Vendors can register twice for up to 4 time slots by registering twice.
Once payment is confirmed, the OCA team will reserve a time slot for your business. You will get an email confirmation of your exact presentation time one week prior to your presentation. Please reserve the full session time (for example, February 8 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) until you receive your confirmed time slot. Please review registration instructions if you intend to purchase more than one ten minute time slot.
In our experience running the first-ever Vendor Days last year at Spring into Summer, most Preferred Vendors only needed 10-minutes for their presentation and question and answer period. Keeping the presentations to 10 minutes helps to make Vendor Days presentations engaging and fast-paced so that our Preferred Vendors can make a big impact! Need more time? We recommend purchasing two 10-minute slots to use consecutively.
