Willowgrove is a not-for-profit organization that seeks to nurture the spiritual, social, emotional and physical growth of children and youth through a variety of programs in a natural setting. The Willowgrove Waterfront and Health Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the waterfront activities at camp including planning and facilitating lifeguard training, assisting with the setup of the pool and pond programs. The Waterfront and Health Care Coordinator is also in charge of scheduling lifeguard shifts for the pond, lunch breaks, and weekend groups.
The Waterfront and Health Care Coordinator is also responsible for ordering and maintaining the first aid supplies at camp, as well as responding to any first aid emergencies.
