Camp Wahanowin is currently seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, dedicated and caring university students to work during our main summer camp program (July and August). Camp Wahanowin, located only 90 minutes north of Toronto, is a co-ed, residential camp that has been providing exciting experiences to campers and staff since 1955. Throughout the summer we operate two distinct programs: Camp Wahanowin (https://wahanowin.com/) and National Music Camp (https://www.nationalmusiccamp.com/).
As a Wahanowin staff member, you will positively impact many lives and quite possibly change your own. The potential of the summer camp experience is limitless as we strive to deliver a comprehensive program which enhances the lives of all or our campers and staff. You play a significant role at camp – the responsibility you are being handed is awesome and the required effort tremendous, but the rewards are infinite. The skills you will gain, the campers you meet and the friendships you will make, will create memories that will last a lifetime.
Counsellors – Also seeking Spanish-speaking counsellors
Instructors – Creative Arts, Land Sports, Waterfront (waterfront staff must have Bronze Cross or higher)
Support Staff (receive an additional salary bonus of $350) – Dining Hall/Dishroom, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Maintenance
Health Centre – Nurses – RN, RPN, graduating 4th year or completing 3rd year (salary to be discussed)
June 27th to August 19th (or September 5th)
