Swim Instructor

Tamakwa is hiring swim instructors for summer 2024!

Come have fun in the sun and spend your summer on the docks of South Tea Lake! At Camp Tamakwa, our swim instructors play an important role in ensuring a positive and fun experience for everyone on the water. They are responsible for the safety of all campers and staff. Swim instructors will set up, supervise, evaluate all aspects of the swimming area, and its program.


Must have their swim Instructor Certification and National Lifeguard certification.

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to be physically active for extensive periods of time in a variety of weather conditions

Team player

Strong leadership skills

Experience working with children an asset
