Camp Northway, a small overnight camp for girls in Algonquin Park, is looking for a Student Nurse.

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic nursing staff to join our Health Centre Team.

Duties include record-keeping; organization of Health Centre; attending to campers and staff for any first aid required within your scope of practice; stock First Aid Kits; ensure any medications required by staff and campers are properly administered; and COVID-19 safety protocols.

Working in a camp environment provides the opportunity for nursing students to gain valuable practical experience in a team setting within a caring community.

Current Standard First Aid certification required.  Wilderness First Aid certification will be provided during pre-camp training.

Salary is variable, dependent on prior experience and additional qualifications, and includes room and board.

Dates of Employment* are June 20–August 20, 2023. *Some flexibility on start date
