Prep Cooks
Prep Cooks play an important role in planning, preparing and presenting meals for the entire
camp. Placements for prep cooks will change between the large dining hall (Kekindewin) and the
smaller dining hall (Winter Lodge) throughout the summer. Prep cooks will work a specific
station each day. Stations consist of Baking, Dietary Prep, Salad bar, Serving etc. They are also
responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy kitchen in accordance with the Ministry of
Health. All kitchen staff are supported and supervised by the Head Cooks and Food Services
Directors. All Kitchen staff require Standard Frist Aid, CPRC and Food Safe Handler Certificate
