Full time, seasonal position, first part of June until mid-September at girls’ overnight sports camp. Responsible for washing dishes, kitchen equipment, running of commercial dishwasher, maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining room in accordance with public health requirements. Assist with basic food prep, plating and meal service duties as directed by Kitchen Manager and/or Head Chef. Set up of dining room before all meals. Pay based on 7 hours per day for six days a week. One day off per week.
