Head Cook / Assistant Cooks

HEAD COOK – Mature, Self-motivated individual.  Must be able to prepare food in an efficient, timely manner following a set menu for 75 – 100 persons, 3 meals per day.  Preference will be given to persons with two or more year’s experience.    Salary range:  $725 – $950 per week (room and board included).

ASSISTANT COOKs – Self-motivated person who can work with minimum supervision.  As part of a team, successful candidate must be able to prepare food in an efficient, timely manner under the direction of the Head Cook. Minimum age 18 preferred.  Salary range:  $600 – $725 per week (room and board included).
