Dishwashers will be primarily in charge of ensuring that the kitchen is clear or dishes and that
the dish pit is maintaining a high level of sanitation. Dishwashers will be in charge of ensuring
that all dishes get cleaned after meals and that the dish washing area is clean and sanitized at
the end of the day. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy kitchen in
accordance with the Ministry of Health. All kitchen staff are supported and supervised by the
Head Cooks and Food Service Directors.
