The Dietary Cook is responsible for the preparation of all dietary meals throughout the summer.
They will be responsible for knowing and understanding the dietary restrictions of our camp
community including both staff and campers. They will plan and prepare meals that meet the
needs of any dietary restrictions at camp and assist with managing dietary restrictions on trip
when staff are packing out trips. They will also need to help with meal service and are
responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy kitchen in accordance with the Ministry of
Health. All kitchen staff are supported and supervised by the Head Cooks and Food Service
