Day Camp Division Supervisor

Job Description: The Willowgrove Division Supervisors are responsible for assisting with organization of one of the Primary, Junior, Intermediate, or Sophomore/Senior Divisions. Responsibilities include assisting the Assistant Supervisor with staff and camper cabin recommendations, drop off and pickup, and special division activities throughout the day. Division Supervisors will also assist the Assistant Supervisor with communicating with families and staff about an issues that come up throughout the week. Division Supervisors are not assigned to a group and float between groups as needed throughout the day.

Employment Dates: May 29 – June 2, 2023 and June 23 – August 25, 2023. Must be
available to work Saturday, June 10, Saturday, June 24 and Sunday, June 25 for staff
orientation. Additional spring hours may be possible with providing family tours and teaching
Outdoor Education.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum completion of grade 12 with prior camp experience

• Strong verbal communications skills

• Standard First Aid/CPR-C by the start of camp

• Mental Health First Aid (not required but strongly recommended)

• Clean vulnerable sector police record check

Salary: $540 per week
