The role of a counsellor is central to Ryerson’s ministry. A counsellor does more than just play games with the campers, supervise and assure the health and safety of campers at all times and guide campers through all camp programming. It is the primary role of a counsellor to truly invest in relationships with campers, love and value the campers as Jesus would, and guide campers into a deeper relationship with Jesus. Working as a counsellor at Ryerson camp will not only provide the rewarding experience of discipling others in relationship but will provide the opportunity for counsellors to deepen their own relationships with Jesus in a fun filled, positive environment.

We are hiring one counsellor with NLS qualifications to also oversee the safety of campers and staff at the waterfront.
