Bridge Camp Leaders are part of the UNIT LEADER team at Canterbury Hills. Unit Leaders work in staff teams of 2-3 to provide direct supervision to an assigned “unit” (group) of campers. Each Unit Leader works with their unit for the entirety of a weeklong session. Unit Leaders enjoy days filled with activity facilitation, camper interaction, and outdoor adventure.  Unit Leaders are supervised in their work by members of the senior staff team, called the Resource Team.

Among Unit Leaders, Bridge Camp Leaders work to provide care, supervision and a memorable experience to campers in our Bridge Camp program. Bridge Camp is for campers aged 7-12 and offers a “hybrid” of a traditional day camp schedule and overnight camp schedule.

Every Bridge Camp week will reflect the following basic camper schedule:
Monday: 8:30am arrival, 5:00pm departure
Tuesday: 8:30am arrival, 5:00pm departure
Wednesday: 8:30am arrival, sleep over at camp
Thursday: sleep over at camp
Friday: 5:00pm departure
