The Baker will work on alongside the prep cooks to help with the preparation of baked items for
each meal. All baked goods and snacks will be baked by this person. They will also need to help
with meal service and are responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy kitchen in accordance
with the Ministry of Health. All kitchen staff are supported and supervised by the Head Cooks
and Food Service Directors.
