Adventure Learning Leaders are part of the UNIT LEADER team at Canterbury Hills. Unit Leaders work in staff teams of 2-3 to provide direct supervision to an assigned “unit” (group) of campers. Each Unit Leader works with their unit for the entirety of a weeklong session. Unit Leaders enjoy days filled with activity facilitation, camper interaction, and outdoor adventure.  Unit Leaders are supervised in their work by members of the senior staff team, called the Resource Team.

Adventure Camp is for campers aged 13-15 and the Leader-in-Training program is for participants aged 14 & 15 years old.  Every week of the ALL contract will include between 3-5 days of offsite expeditionary programming.
